Shareholders of petroleum product vendor Lennefteprodukt, Leningrad Region, have voted for the liquidation of the company, the firm said.
Lennefteprodukt is a regional subsidiary of oil company Surgutneftegaz.
According to the parent company, “…the decision has been made to ensure business optimization. The Lennefteprodukt capacity is added to another Surgutneftegaz subsidiary, St. Pete’s Kirishiavtoservis.”
Lennefteprodukt was set up by the Leningrad regional administration and Surgutneftegaz in 1993 as petroleum product vendor.
