Technopark "Sarov" - created in 2005 on the basis of the largest research center of world-level Russian Federal Nuclear Center - VNIIEF (Russian Federal Nuclear Center - All-Russian Research Institute of Experimental Physics) at a public-private partnership (strategic partner - JSC "Sistema" ) is an element of the national innovation system.

To date, in the Technology Park are approximately 25 large high-tech innovative companies (small and medium enterprises), including such as: Nokia Siemens Networks, JSC " Academician A. Mints Radio Engineering Institute» and Moscow Bank for Reconstruction & Development. The achieved values of the key indicators of development of Technopark in 2009, allowed a full member of the International Association of Science Parks.On the basis of Technopark has developed a program to create research and production cluster "SC Rosatom - JSC «Sistema," as the main platform for the commercialization of innovative technologies. The purpose of the Cluster - the use of innovative potential Federal Nuclear Center in the civilian sector on the basis of public-private partnership in conjunction with AFK "System" for the development of competitive products and services to Russian and foreign markets.

On the territory of Technopark as a project of the Youth Innovation Centre, which allows youth to attract innovative projects and to assist in their commercialization. Implementation and development of the YIC will allow the most efficient use of the innovation infrastructure, established with government support, to enable a broad range of innovators to realize their ideas and to reduce the brain drain overseas, a small innovative companies in Technopark.

Successful development of Technopark "Sarov" will be the basis for the interaction with the creation of innovative center "Skolkovo" and allow this center is to first use the existing infrastructure of Technopark, projects, and extensive scientific and technical competence.

Monthly business magazine "Time Innovation" is dedicated to the development of innovation in various segments of the economy. The main purpose of the magazine editors saw in providing information support to all participants of the innovation processes. The editors joined in an active business life and are in talks to conferences and "round tables" on information sites in Moscow and regions. The basis of our work - the release of high quality, both in content and design, issues of the journal. The magazine is distributed by subscription, direct mailing, exhibitions and all events, to which is the magazine "Time Innovation".
