M-Industriya kicks off construction on $473m Adigeya complex

St Petersburg developer M-Industriya has begun construction of a $472.5m A-class logistics park in the Teuchezhsky district of Adigeya, sources in the company report.

The park, to be named named Yuzhny, is being built on a 60-hectare site near the M-4 Don federal highway that connects the southern and central parts of Russia.

Under plans, the complex is to comprise warehouses spanning 300,000 square-meters.

The firm earlier said the first part of the complex was due to be put into commission in 2010, with eventual completion scheduled for 2011.
