$130m investment needed for 1st stage of Chelyabinsk Logopark

The first phase of a logistics park in Kopeysk, Chelyabinsk region, will cost approximately $130m, MD of Logopark Chelyabinsk Sergy Plyusnin has told journalists. This first section will provide 3,100 new jobs.

The first phase, which will get underway at the end of 2009, will see the construction of 141,000 sq.m. of storage space, 13,000 sq.m. of upper warehouse space for alloting goods, and 10,000 sq.m. of office space.
