Ekaterinburg international airport Koltzovo plans to hold an open tender on October 21, 2008 to choose a creditor to give the airport a $19.2m line of credit, sources in the airport reported today.
The firm expects to open the line of credit for three and a half years and be receiving loans in several tranches.
An interest rate is to be accrued on an outstanding payable under credit and not to exceed MosPrime + 3.15%.
The loans are to be used for reconstruction of the airport's facilities, the firm said. Security for the loans will be the airport's fixed assets as well as jet fuel and lubricants, worth a total of $12.5m.
