Moscow building materials retailer Torgovaya Ploschad (Retail Area) has announced $8.7m plans to build a logistics complex in Rostov region.
The 22,000-square-meter complex is reportedly to be built on a ten-hectare site in the region’s Myasnikovsky district.
The complex will be the company’s first own storage facility in the South, half of warehouses is to be rented off to independent organizations.
Construction is scheduled to be completed in 2011.
