Adygeya eyes $16.7m bridge

A total of $16.7m is to be spent from the federal and regional budgets to build a bridge over the Laba river in the Republic of Adygeya, regional officials report.

The 181.3-meter bridge is a part of a motorway between the village of Tenginskaya in Adygeya and Krasnodar region, officials said.

Construction of the bridge started in November 2008 and is scheduled to be completed by 2012.
