Arkon floats plan for $4.2m boat station

Investment firm Arkon plans to build a $4.2m boat station in Nizhny Novgorod's Grebnoy Canal, regional officials report.

The 14,000-square-meter station is to have sports complex, hotel, café and boats storage facility.

Timeframes for the project are yet to be announced.
