Authorities in the Republic of Dagestan are looking for $16.7m investment to build a touristic complex, officials report.
The resort, to be named Novo-Kayakent, is to be built in the region’s Kayaketen district by Kaspy Sea, officials said.
Under the project, the complex is to have a 500-room hotel, 100-room VIP hotel, leisure complex and water rides.
The complex is scheduled to be built within the next 3.5 years.
The project is to be presented at international investment forum Sochi-2009, to be held in September 17-20.
