Taganrog-based developer Inprom Estate has announced $115m plans to build a shopping mall in Taganrog, Rostov region.
But the firm is still in negotiation on a Sberbank loan to finance some 70-80% of the project's cost, the firm admitted.
The mall, to be named Marmelad, is to be built on a 2.5-hectare site, rented by the company for 49 years.
Under plans, the 81,360-square-meter mall would have stores, a cinema, bowling alley, kids playground, skate rink and parking lot for 620 cars.
The mall is scheduled to open in 2010.
