Astrakhan eyes $360m touristic cluster in 2016

A $360m touristic cluster is to be built in Astrakhan region, regional officials report.

Most of the funding is reportedly to be raised from private investors.

The touristic cluster is to be set up on the Gorodskoy Island in the city of Astrakhan.

The project to build the center is scheduled to start in 2012 and last four years.
