Yubileyny announces $6.4m Tomsk tourist complex move

Tomsk-based developer Yubileyny has announced $6.4m plans to build a tourist complex in Tomsk.

The company’s CEO Anton Sokolov said the three-star all-year-round resort, wiht capacity for 25,000 tourists, would be built in the city’s Zavazino settlement.

Under plans, the complex is to be kitted out with a 50-room hotel, along with conference-hall, business center, leisure center and sports and SPA facilities.

Construction is scheduled to begin in 2009 and finish in Spring 2010.
