Krasnoyarsk to have $36m ice palace

Moscow-based developer SK-Rest is building a $36m ice palace in Krasnoyarsk, the regional administration reports.

Among co-investors are local developers Agat and Stalmontaj.

The contractor is Krasnoyarsk-based developer Jilishnaya Stroitelnaya Kompaniya while equipment is expected from Moscows refrigerating machinery manufacturer Himholodservice.

The developers consortium is to complete construction by December 2009.
