Tomsk looking for $360m investment on recreation park

Authorities in the city of Tomsk are looking for an investor to build a recreation park costing between $216m and $360m, city officials report.

The project is reportedly to be carried out under public-private partnership scheme.

The park is to be built in the natural memorial Mikhailovskaya Roscha in the central part of Tomsk, the officials said.

Under the project, the 50-hectare park is to be kitted out with a Zoo, theme park, waterworks park, walking zone, as well as cable and mono-rail roads.

Timeframes for the project have yet to be disclosed.
