Block to build $82m leisure complex in Novosibirsk

Managing company Block intends to invest $82m building a leisure and recreation complex in Novosibirsk region, Interfax reports.

The complex, to be named Ob Wave, is reportedly to be located on the left bank of the Ob river in Novosibirsk.

Under the project, the complex is to include a waterworks park for 200,000 people, three-star hotel for 150 rooms, theme park and sports complex.

Timeframes for the project have yet to be disclosed.
