Zap-SibTranstelecom to invest $11.8m in retail broadband net

Novosibirsk-based telecom Zap-SibTranstelecom has announced plans to invest $11.8m in development of broad-band Internet access for private customers in 2010.

The company’s 2009 investment into retail broadband network is reportedly to come in at $10.8m.

The firm is a part of TransTeleCom company.
