Svyaz-Bank and Bank of Moscow to loan $68m to Sibirtelecom

Svyaz-Bank and the Bank of Moscow have been announced winners of an open tender, held by Sibirtelecom, for four lines of credit worth a total of $68m, the company reports.

Under the tender results, Svyaz-Bank is to open the company three lines of credit for $51 and the Bank of Moscow is to loan $17m.

Each line of credit is reportedly to be opened for three years at interest rate of up to 14%.
