Russian service robot to fill out documents all on its own

27 Aug '20
Promobot, a resident of the Information Technologies Cluster of the Skolkovo Foundation, presented its new development - Promobot Scanner. Using the device will allow you to fill out documents 11 times faster and reduce service time at the MFC by a third.

Promobot Scanner is a software and hardware complex for automatic recognition and scanning of documents. The system independently reads the data, enters them into the required fields, transfers it to various information systems (for example, AIS MFC or Rosreestr) and generates an application for the provision of a service.

At the moment, employees of the MFC and other organizations enter data from documents manually. This can lead to errors, which means - to refusals to provide services from specialized departments. Promobot Scanner allows you to eliminate inaccuracies and fill out an application in just six seconds.
Oleg Kivokurtsev, Development Director, Promobot: “Reducing customer service time is the most important task of modern organizations, including government departments and authorities. Our invention will help people get the services they need faster, wait less in line, and for departments to improve the efficiency of employees, freeing them from manual data entry.”

Irina Oya, Senior Manager of the Information Technology Cluster of the Skolkovo Foundation: “Today the need for innovative solutions for digital transformation is critical for any business. Promobot Scanner reduces the processing time of routine processes, not only solving the problem of automating and increasing the efficiency of business processes, but also significantly improves the quality of service for visitors in government and commercial organizations. ”
Promobot Scanner was developed by a Russian company Promobot, known on the market for its service robots of the same name, as well as non-contact temperature measurement stations Termokontrol.
