(NIBI) has announced a contest to place a high-technology technopark in the business-incubator, currently being built in the village of Ankudinovka (IT-park Ankudinovka), Nizhny Novgorod region.
The business-incubator’s operations are aimed at creation of maximally favorable conditions for dynamic development of small and medium innovation companies. Any small or medium business, operating in the high technology sector, can become a resident in the business-incubator and benefit from a complex of state support services.
The business-incubator provides a complex of services for residents, such as: assistance in searching and raising investment, help in promotion, attracting partners and introducing products at the market, consulting services, including legal and accounting services, HR assistance, training, assistance in overcoming administrative barriers and other services. In order to receive the status of resident of the business-incubator an candidate needs to submit an application and go through contest selection procedure. The status of the business-incubator resident is the brand implying that the company is receiving support from Nizhny Novgorod Government and has access to a complex of services, provided by the incubator for free or at beneficial rates.
Offices in the IT-Park “Ankudinovka” vary between 15 and 70 square meters. The cost of renting office space averages at $10 per square meter. The building also has a conference-hall for 200 seats, business negotiation rooms, conditioning and ventilation system, fire and security systems, elevators, telephone and local networks,
The business-incubator was built under the program of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation as part of creation of the high-technology technopark in Nizhny Novgorod. The incubator opening ceremony was held in October 2011, and was attended by Igor Schegolev, the Minister of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation, and Valery Shantsev, the Governor of Nizhny Novgorod region.
