Tyumen innovators adequately presented their projects at the Startup Tour in Yekaterinburg

In Yekaterinburg, they summed up the regional stage of the Open Innovations Startup Tour competition. The largest event in Russia and the CIS for the search for promising start-ups was held on March 16 and 17 at the High Technology Technopark of the Sverdlovsk Region.

30 projects from five regions entered the semifinals of the regional startup competition in Yekaterinburg. Participants from Tyumen arrived at the event in a special startup bus, and for free! The opportunity to attend this event Tyumen provided Tyumen Technopark.

After face-to-face presentations, the jury selected the best start-ups on three competitive tracks - information technology, industrial and energy technologies, biotechnologies in medicine and agriculture.

The third place in the IT track was taken by the project of the resident of the business incubator Paycon Scan, winner of the Startup Battle 2019.

The system allows consumers to make purchases using a robot basket. A person puts the goods in a basket and, at the exit, pays for an already generated check by phone or credit card.
“We want to open the first Russian“ Shop without cashiers ”. Imagine that you came to the store, took the basket, which has four cameras. Items are automatically displayed on the phone. At the exit, you just have to pay and exit through the turnstile. No need to stand in line - you save time and effort, ”explained project representative Bronislav Koryakovsky.
The second place in the track was also taken by Igor Samoilik, the Tyumen cashbackdom.ru project. The authors of the project help with the selection of new buildings, return 1% after buying an apartment. To do this, just leave a request for the selection of an apartment on our project website.

Both projects were recommended for participation in the Start program finale of the Startup Village Innovation Fund.

The winner of the track “Biotechnologies in medicine and agriculture” was the project of Lev Malishevsky TemeraTech, the winner of the program UMNIK, the author of the project “Patch monitor for long-term ambulatory telemetric monitoring of ECG”.

All winners received invitations to Startup Village - the largest start-up conference in Russia and the CIS, which will be held at the Skolkovo Innovation Center.
