Akademgorodok’s technocenter to get $16m private investment

Private investment into creation of a center for technological research for residents of a technopark in Novosibirsk’s Akademgorodok is to come in at $16m, regional officials report.

The names of private investors have yet to be disclosed.

The technological center, to be located in a 7,500-square-meter building, is reportedly to create 110 jobs.

The center is to host 15 small businesses, engaged in innovative technological processes, including close tolerance metal processing, special galvanic, thermal treatment, etc.
