In the Technopark of the Novosibirsk Academgorodok, the final defense of the projects of the participants of the business accelerator A: START took place. According to the results of expert evaluations, 13 teams became winners. One of them is Galina Boyarkina's team with the ROSSVET project.

Since the beginning of 2000, Galina managed to go from an ordinary office worker to the general director of one of the first Novosibirsk companies - KB Svetotekhniki, which began selling LED products.

“Being at the forefront of innovation and continuing to work with LED equipment, we realized that it has not only advantages in energy savings, but also disadvantages in terms of limited life due to heat dissipation. Therefore, overheating protection is an essential part of any quality LED product. Manufacturers solve the heating problem with different types of radiators. In order not to take heat from the LED at one point, we decided to wash it with a liquid,” Galina said.

The composition of the coolant, housing options and sealing methods mutually complement each other and are know-how how the company. After numerous tests of samples and their adjustments, unique pilot batches were released, which illuminate streets, warehouses, shops not only in Novosibirsk, but also in Kamchatka, Sakhalin, Moscow and other frosty and hot regions of our country. If required, the team goes out and adjusts both the products themselves and the full production cycle according to the wishes of the customer.

Now on the project ROSSVET an application for a patent has already been filed, tests for certification and serial production of products are being carried out, and negotiations are underway with partners, agents and production organizations.

“LED products have become an integral part of our lives and will continue to expand their applications. Luminaires for plants are becoming widespread (both in private use and in giant agricultural complexes). UV LED disinfection lamps begin their development. I have always been interested in innovation. When you sell to a client not just a fashionable unnecessary thing, but something fundamentally new and useful, ”Galina emphasized.

Today there are several people in the ROSSVET project: Galina is the general director and deals with marketing and sales. Vladimir Trubin is a technical director and is responsible for all issues from packaging to production. The team also includes a developer with solid experience in procurement, sales, construction, systematization of businesses and outsourced technical specialists. There are agreements with the Spectra plant, which manufactures LED products at its own facilities, in addition, the team began to develop an agent and dealer network.
