A high-profile panel of international experts is evaluating between September 1 and 5 the innovative investment projects submitted for Novosibirsk’s IN2IN Siberian Projects – Top-100 contest. The jury will look into an idea’s commercial viability, innovativeness, and the quality of its business plan.
Between August 25 and 31 the hosts of the Business platform of Novosibirsk’s Interra 2011 International Youth Innovation Forum screened more than 200 applications for the contest’s semifinal.
The applications had reportedly come from innovators from all over Siberia, including the Novosibirsk, Tomsk, Omsk, Kemerovo, Irkutsk, Altai and Krasnoyarsk regions and the Republic of Buryatia.
The further stage will be screening by representatives of top-class companies with huge practical experience in a variety of business sectors. The jury will include experts from Russian Venture Company, KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers, the RBC consultants and auditors, and others.
They will name the winners of the semifinal stage—the owners of 100 innovative investment projects to be included in the IN2IN Siberian Projects – Top-100 catalog.
Leaders of twenty best projects will be offered a chance to present their ideas as part of a ‘crash test’ to an expert panel and investors participating in the IN2IN Investment Forum.
