We are working on a proposal for extended dialogue between interested parties, to be presented at the working meeting of APEC organizers in Kazan in May 2012,” Mr. Kovalevich said.

The intergovernmental forum “Asian-Pacific Economic Cooperation” (APEC) was established in November 1989. The organization currently unites 21 countries and Asian-Pacific Region territory. This year Russia chairs the APEC forum, and the central annual event – APEC-2012 Summit – will be held on the Russky Island in Vladivostok.
