25 Dec '20
The Gaidar Forum annually brings together those who, with their advanced achievements, influence the socio-economic development of regions and states.

In the Russian media, the Gaidar Forum has firmly established itself as a “Russian Davos”. For guests from abroad, the Forum is an important source of information on the main trends in socio-economic and political development, the state of the business environment and the investment climate in Russia. For domestic experts, participation in it allows to determine the prospects for further economic growth and Russia's integration into the world economy.

The Forum serves as a permanent platform for events of various levels and scales: plenary sessions and expert round tables, panel discussions and debates.

One of the important features of the Forum is the active involvement of young scientists in its work as participants in the discussions.

Sessions of the Forum are focused on the most acute problems of our time, special importance is attached to topics related to understanding the situation and strategic role of Russia in the world. Over the course of time, the Forum has become a place where the socio-economic policy of Russia for the coming year is discussed and subjected to critical reflection.

The Gaidar Forum 2021 will be held at RANEPA in a unified format: experts and speakers will take part in panel discussions on the site of the central campus of the Presidential Academy, and participants will watch the progress of the discussions online.
