Fast Lane Ventures launches DOMGEO.RU at full throttle

20 Feb '12
Venture fund Fast Lane Ventures has launched full-scale operation of its new real estate portal DOMGEO.RU, innovation and venture news source UNOVA reports.

The website reportedly offers information on real estate in Moscow and Moscow region, available for sale or rent.

Currently DOMGEO cooperates with 998 real estate agencies and 176 development companies. Its database has over 70,000 real estate offers.

According to the portal’s representatives, its key business principles are based on reliable and detailed information. Before posting ads the website specialists verify information and update it with additional details.

“One of the main problems in searching housing in Russia is overload with invalid ads and false information. While in the Western countries real estate agencies hold responsibility for validity of published information, in Russia most of descriptions fail to provide true data. Manual processing of information published at DOMGEO.RU eliminates the problem,” said Aleksey Kosachev, CEO, DOMGEO.

The resource also offers its users a geosearch option “Circle-And-Find!” that is not linked to metro stations. The instrument is especially useful to those who look for housing outside the Moscow Ring Road or prioritize districts, parks, distance from highways and other parameters over metro stations, the firm said.
