Sindika takes over $20m Expo-Center in Krasnodar

Moscow company Sindika has purchased 97% shares in Expo-Center, which operated largest markets in Krasnodar, Kommersant reports.

The deal price has yet to be disclosed, but is estimated by experts at up to $20m.

The sellers of the shares have yet to be announced.

Expo-Centers main business is in selling and renting real estate. The company owns 11 markets in Krasnodar.
