Russia’s GS Group offers gaming market new solution

24 Feb '15
GS Group, a leading Russian manufacturer of telecom equipment, has come up with a prototype of a device that combines the functionality of a game console and digital HD receiver, GS told Marchmont News.

The console enables top video games to be displayed on TV as well as the watching of various favorite channels in HD. The developer claims its new product is close in its technical characteristics “to the flagship models of modern mobile device manufacturers which support today’s games.”

The solution was presented earlier this month to mobile gaming marketing experts at the Winter Nights Mobile Games Conference 2015, an annual event for players in mobile game development and marketing which was held this year in St. Petersburg.

GS Group is a Russian investment and industrial company with international shareholding, which develops its own high technology to make state-of-the-art innovation products for the telecommunications sector. The headquarters are located in St. Petersburg.
