2 Feb '09
Finnish developer Kesko has announced $18m plans to build a DIY-mall in Ryazan.

The company is reportedly to build the mall on a three-hectare site, currently used as a dump for construction waste.

Under plans, the mall is to have stores totaling 8,000 square-meters, along with warehouses and a parking lot. The company is also to develop near-by land and build a café there.

The opening is scheduled for Q2 2010.
