Ufas INK to place first series $100m bonds

Real estate company INK, based in Ufa, Republic of Bashkortostan, has announced plans to place its first-series $100m bonds.

The bonds are reportedly to be placed publicly on December 28, 2009, for three years.

This is the first of the five bond issues, worth a total of $624m, registered by the Federal Service of Financial Markets in early December (see Marchmont news of December 10, 2009). Specifically, the company intends to place three $100m bonds and two $162m bond issues.
