Krasnodar region relocates citizenry with $69m

A total of $69m is to be spent on citizenry relocation from housing, deemed beyond repair in Krasnodar region in 2009, regional officials report.

Under plans, $48m is to be assigned from the federal budget, another $4m is to be put up by regional authorities and $17m is hoped to be raised from private sources.

The funds are reportedly to be spent on relocation of 4,251 residents from 188 crumbled apartment blocks.
