VID-Stroy to build $20m, Dutch-designed city hotel

Khanty-Mansiysk-based developer VID-Stroy is to invest $20m building a hotel in Khanty-Mansiysk city center, Kommersant reports.

Under plans, the four-star hotel, designed by Dutch architect Eric Van Egerhaat, will comprise 168 guest rooms and 40 apartments for long-term rent.

However the managing company for the hotel is yet to be determined.

The hotel is scheduled to open in 4Q 2010.
