Moscow-based developer YUMAKO, which manages hotels under Infra-Hotel brand, has announced plans to build a three-star business hotel in Omsk.
The company hasn't disclosed investment in the project, however, experts estimate it at $30m.
Infra-Hotel Omsk will feature two ten-story buildings with 155 guest rooms in one building and offices and conference-halls in the other, the firm said.
Under plans, the 11,000-square-meter hotel will have a restaurant, a library and a gym.
The hotel is scheduled to open in 2010.
