Mikhail Romanov’s palace in St. Petersburg sold for $18m

The St. Petersburg Property Fund has sold at an auction the palace of the Great Duke Mikhail Mikhailovich Romanov at starting price of $18m, the Fund reports.

The winner-company is Dvorets Velikogo Knyazya Mikhaila Mikhailovicha Romanova (The Palace of the Great Duke Mikhail Mikhailovich Romanov) has received tenant rights till December 25, 2049, the Fund said.

The lot reportedly included a 5,030-square-meter palace building with 2,200-square-meter land site located at Admiralteysky Embankment, as well as 3,130-square-meter building with 1,870-square-meter land site in Chernomorsky Pereulok.
