Developer Temp buys land is St. Petersburg for $2.56m

Developer Temp has purchased at an auction a land with a building in St. Petersburg for $2.56m, while the starting price for the lot at the auction was set at $1.59m, news agency RIA Novosti reports.

The 1,990-square-meter land with 932.5-square-meter building is located at Yaroslavsky Avenue in the city’s Vyborgsky district.

Under plans, the company is to put down the building and build a 6,000-square-meter residential building.
