St. Pete’s $197m apartment blocks overhaul posted

The RF has allocated more than $140m for this year’s overhaul of apartment blocks in St. Petersburg, the RF Utilities Fund reports.

The city is reportedly kicking in almost $56m of its own funds to that end.

St. Pete is planning in 2010 to overhaul 957 apartment blocks where more than 220,000 people live, the source said.
