Oleg Kouzbit

A graduate of the State Linguistic University of Nizhny Novgorod (NGLU) and currency trading courses at the State University of Nizhny Novgorod (NNGU). Mr. Kouzbit began his media career in 1994 as a satellite TV news editor at Nizhny’s Volga TV company, and has since then worked as a news editor at a local radio station, Radio Rendez-Vous, a managing editor at a Nizhny Novgorod newspaper holding, an online news editor at NNGU’s Dealing Center, and a deputy to the editor-in-chief at a private publishing house, Vista Publishers. Between 2003 and 2008 Mr. Kouzbit was the director of a Moscow-based NGO engaging in social projects to counter human trafficking. In the current position since May 2008. In addition to day-to-day management and editing of news and analyses Mr. Kouzbit has taken part in the making of a Q3 Nizhny Novgorod business journal and managed the preparation of the national 2008 Year End Review webzine.
 
 
Alyona Ryabinina
Marketing Specialist

A graduate of the Alexeyev State Technical University of Nizhny Novgorod in 2014, Ms. Ryabinina majors in PR and is also graduate in translation and cross-cultural communication skills at UNN in 2016. She completed the program of continuing education “Innovative Entrepreneurship” in 2018.

Ms. Ryabinina worked as Program Implementation Manager at Technology Commercialization Center (TCC), Project Specialist in the Department of Youth and International Innovation in Nizhny Novgorod Lobachevsky State University.

Alyona has professional experience in areas such as event management, advertising, marketing (including social media marketing), media planning, and media partnerships management.
 
 
Valeriia Demareva
Lead Marketing Specialist

A graduate of Lobachevsky University of Nizhny Novgorod (NNGU), Valeriia Demareva began her career in 2010 as a junior researcher at NNGU, and has since then worked as a lecturer, a researcher and innovation manager.

Valeriia Demareva takes the current position of Lead Marketing Specialist in Marchmont since August 2017. Mrs. Demareva`s current responsibilities primarily include participation in Marchmont`s technology scouting activity as the part of the company`s contractual obligations.
 
 
Ivan Paushkin
Web Development

Graduated from Nizhny Novgorod State University named after N.I. Lobachevsky, Faculty of Computing Mathematics and Cybernetics; Informatics and Computer Aided Research Department, specialized in Applied Mathematics and Informatics in 2010.

Starting from 2006 worked as a web-developer in several companies: LLC DaVinchi, LLC VseVTeme, LLC Internet-Expert. In 2007 took a position of software engineer in OJSC KhleboZavod #5 where he was responsible for the data bases development.

Ivan joined MARCHNONT in 2009, and he is responsible for maintaining and developing of the existing web-sites of the Company: www.marchmont.ru; www.marchmontnews.com and for the new web-site development. During his work in MARCHMONT he took an active part in development of the Russian IPO page for London Stock Exchange (LSE) web-site: www.russianipo.com.
