NN's Krasnoe Sormovo gets Central Bank loan

Volgo-Vyatsky branch of the Central Bank of Russia has provided Krasnoe Sormovo shipyard with a loan for construction of ten environmentally safe tankers of project RST22. This information has come from the banks press office.

The tankers will be constructed in accordance with the contract concluded between Krasnoe Sormovo and Turkish shipping company Palmali Shipping. It is planned to build ten project RST22 tankers for transportation of chemical products. The total amount of financing is $160m. The first five tankers will enter service in 2008 to be followed by the other five in 2009.
