Sweden’s Tonsjoe and Rida create JV to produce Volvo engine parts

AZO Rida, a special-purpose and armored vehicle producing factory and Sweden Tonsjoe plan to create a JV to produce engine parts.

The new factory is planned to be situated in Nizhny Novgorod, on the grounds of the Rida plant. Construction is expected to start in 2008.

It is expected that the new JV will produce 400,000–600,000 of engine parts each year for Volvo and Scania truńks.
