Shakhta Sibirskaya to invest up to $15m in coal mining operations

Shakhta Sibirskaya (Polysaevo, the Kemerovo region) plans to invest from $10m to 14.8m in the construction of a coal-mining factory to mine the Kuznetzkaya deposit in 2008.

Moscow developer Roskomnedvizhimost is expected to participate in the building of the factory.
