UMC sells "$30m" Gubakha Coke to Stroyservice

Steel pipes giant United Metallurgical Company (UMC) has finalized a deal to sell 100% shares in its Perm-based charcoal maker Gubakha Coke to Kemerovo coal company Stroyservice, UMC reports.

The deal price has yet to be disclosed, but is estimated by experts at $25-$30m.

Gubakha Cokeís projected annual capacity is 1.3 million tons of coke.
