Building materials firm Stroyeffect has announced $18m plans to build a plant to produce construction materials in Nizhny Novgorod region.
The project is to be 95% financed with bank loans, the firm said. The banks are yet to be disclosed.
The plant is reportedly to be located in the region's Volodarsky district.
Under plans, the plant is to produce over 20 kinds of building materials, including porous concrete, vibratory casting, gypsum foam concrete, metalware and roofing materials.
The plant is scheduled to be put into commission within three years.
