Voronezh is eyeing $1.7bn+ industrial parks

Voronezh region authorities have announced a tender to develop investment concepts and feasibility studies for three industrial parks, the regional administration says. Contracts start price is $874,461.

Experts estimate a total investment in the parks at more than $1.7bn with eight to ten years payback.

By December 2008 tender participants are to submit detailed documentation on the Novovoronezhsky (nuclear industry), Bobrovsky (food and processing industries) and Maslovsky (machine building, metal working and building materials) industrial parks.

Developers will also be expected to provide a list of potential investors.
