Bashkiria’s Sintez-Kauchuk to invest $294m in development

Chemical company Sintez-Kauchuk, based in Sterlitamak, Republic of Bashkortostan, has announced plans to invest $294m in its development.

Under plans, the funds are to be invested into modernization of isoprene production, construction of machinery to produce eco-friendly neodymium polyisoprene, epichlorohydrin and propylene oxide synthetic rubbers.

The program is scheduled to be carried out till 2015.
