Estar to sell ZMZ to RusSpetsStal?

Multi-industry group Estar intends to sell its Chelyabinsk region-based Zlatoust metallurgic plant ZMZ, currently inactive, to state-run steel maker RusSpetsStal, Kommersant reports.

The buyer will reportedly have to pay up to $500m to repay on the plant’s debts and invest in its recovery and development.

The plant is currently inactive.
