Knauf Hyps Psebay says $31.5m so far for upgrades

27 Jun '08
Krasnodar-based plaster manufacturer Knauf Hyps Psebay says a program to overhaul and upgrade its production facilities has so far seen $31.5m invested.

The announcement comes on the day the firm put into commission new workshops for its manufacturing in Krasnodar's Mostovsky district.

The firm says the move will see annual production capacity of dry construction mixtures to increase three-fold, though stopped short of saying when it expected to reach this level.

Knauf Hyps Psebay is a subsidiary of German firm Knauf.
