Topky Cement gets $42m cement kiln

Kemerovo company Siberian Cement has put into commission a $42m cement kiln at its subsidiary Topky Cement Plant, the company reports.

The company’s production annual capacity has increased from 3 million tons to 3.7 million tons of cement.

Construction lasted three years, the firm said.
