LVZ-1 to build $50m distillery in Leningrad region

Vodka and liquors producer LVZ-1 intends to invest over $50m building a distillery plant in Leningrad region, news agency RIA Novosti reports.

The plant is reportedly to be built on a 17-hectare land site in Nizinskoye village in the regions Lomonosovo district.

The distillerys projected monthly capacity if 12 million bottles of alcohol.

The plant is scheduled to be put into commission in 2012.
