Tula to buy $1.8m equipment for waste-processing plant

14 Apr '11
Authorities in Tula have announced plans to allocate $1.8m to purchase and install equipment for a waste-processing plant.

The plant was reportedly built ten years ago but hasn’t been launched due to lack of finance on equipment.

Under plans, initially the waste is to be sorted at the plant. Under further plans, the waste is to be pressed into briquettes.
