KSK halts $150m cement plant in Kursk region

Kurskaya Stroitelnaya Kompaniya (KSK, Kursk Construction Company) has stopped construction of a $150m cement plant in Kursk region, the company reports.

The project was reportedly halted due to stop of finance from VTB Bank.

The company is currently actively looking for potential co-investors into the project, the firm said.

The plant, with projected annual capacity of 1.3 million tons of cement, is being built in the region’s Solntsevo district.
